The invention relates to the technical field of building structure reinforcing, in particular to a fiberboard, a preparation method and a building structure reinforcing system comprising the fiberboard. The fiberboard comprises a heat conduction layer and a heat preservation layer which are compositely cured, the heat preservation layer is formed by pressing and curing a first fiber fabric layer and a resin system B, the heat conduction layer is formed by pressing and curing an electric heating net, a second fiber fabric layer and a resin system D, and raw materials of the resin system D comprise heat conduction filler, resin and a curing agent. The fiberboard is thin, can be rolled and stored, does not need to be temporarily customized, and is convenient to transport; the reinforcing effect of the fiberboard is not restrained and influenced by the external temperature due to the additional heating function. The preparation method of the fiberboard is simple in step and easy to realize large-scale production. When the device is applied to a building structure reinforcing system, a winding mode can be adopted, and the construction convenience is remarkably improved.
