Application of polymer coated sand in flexible ceramic tile adhesive and product of polymer coated sand
The invention discloses application of polymer wrapped sand in a flexible ceramic tile adhesive and a product of the polymer wrapped sand, the application refers to application of the polymer wrapped sand in the flexible ceramic tile adhesive, and the flexible ceramic tile adhesive comprises the polymer wrapped sand. The aggregate sand is coated by the polymer emulsion, a layer of polymer film is formed on the surface, and the obtained polymer coated sand is mixed with other components of the tile adhesive, so that the binding force between polymer cement paste formed by the redispersible latex powder and cement and the polymer coated sand is obviously enhanced; the defects caused by insufficient polymer content at the interface are reduced, so that the effect of improving the flexibility of the ceramic tile adhesive is achieved. Compared with the prior art, the flexible ceramic tile adhesive prepared from the polymer coated sand has the advantages that the use amount of the redispersible latex powder can be obviously reduced, and the production cost is lower.
本发明公开了一种聚合物包裹砂在柔性瓷砖胶粘剂中的应用及其产品,所述应用为聚合物包裹砂在柔性瓷砖胶粘剂中的应用,并公开了一种柔性瓷砖胶粘剂,包括上述的聚合物包裹砂。本发明的骨料砂经过聚合物乳液的包覆,在表面形成一层聚合物膜,得到的聚合物包裹砂,再与瓷砖胶粘剂其他组分混合,使可再分散乳胶粉和水泥形成的聚合物水泥浆体与聚合物包裹砂的结合力明显增强,减少了由于界面处聚合物含量不足而存在的缺陷,从而达到提升瓷砖胶粘剂柔性的效果。相比现有技术,应用聚合物包裹砂制成的柔性瓷砖胶粘胶,可显著减少可再分散乳胶粉的用量,生产成本更低。
