The invention relates to a concrete shrinkage reducing agent and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of concrete admixtures. The concrete shrinkage reducing agent is composed of a shrinkage reducing component and an auxiliary component according to a mass ratio of (55-75): (25-45), wherein the shrinkage reducing component is polyether modified organic silicon prepared by taking polymethylhydrosiloxane and modified polyether as raw materials and reacting for 4-8 hours at 75-95 DEG C, and the auxiliary component is ether and/or polyhydric alcohol; the molar ratio of Si-H in the polymethylhydrosiloxane to C = C in the modified polyether is (0.8 to 1.2): (1.1 to 1.5); according to the shrinkage reducing agent, the surface tension in a cement concrete pore solution is reduced through the synergistic and unified effect of the shrinkage reducing component and the auxiliary component, the driving force sent by shrinkage stress is reduced, and an excellent shrinkage reducing effect can still be achieved under the condition of low mixing amount in concrete; the preparation method of the concrete shrinkage reducing agent has simple process steps and is convenient for batch production.
本发明涉及一种混凝土减缩剂及其制备方法,属于混凝土外加剂技术领域。所述混凝土减缩剂由减缩组分和辅助组分按照质量比(55~75):(25~45)组成;其中,减缩组分是以聚甲基氢硅氧烷和改性聚醚为原料,在75℃~95℃下反应4h~8h制备得到的聚醚改性有机硅,辅助组分为醚和/或多元醇;所述聚甲基氢硅氧烷中的Si‑H与所述改性聚醚中的C=C的摩尔比为(0.8~1.2):(1.1~1.5);所述减缩剂通过减缩组分和辅助组分的协同统一作用降低水泥混凝土孔溶液中的表面张力,减小收缩应力发送的驱动力,能够在混凝土中低掺量的条件下依然达到优异的减缩效果;所述混凝土减缩剂的制备方法工艺步骤简单,便于批量化生产。
