Asphalt mixture based on buton rock asphalt-nano material composite modification and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an asphalt mixture based on buton rock asphalt-nano material composite modification and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problems of poor pavement performance of an existing asphalt mixture and serious high and low temperature diseases and water damage of a formed asphalt pavement. The composite modified asphalt mixture is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80 to 120 parts of mineral aggregate, 4 to 6 parts of asphalt, 1 to 1.5 parts of buton rock asphalt, 0.02 to 0.03 part of nano carbon fiber, 0.2 to 0.3 part of nano titanium dioxide and 0.01 to 0.015 part of coupling agent. The composite modified asphalt mixture provided by the invention belongs to an environment-friendly, non-toxic and non-corrosive composite asphalt mixture, is excellent in pavement performance, can enhance the high-temperature stability, low-temperature crack resistance and water stability of an asphalt pavement, also can enhance the mechanical strength, impact resistance and stability of the asphalt mixture, has great significance in prolonging the service life of the asphalt pavement, and is worthy of popularization and application. The raw materials are non-toxic and harmless and wide in source, the production process is free of pollution and low in price, and good economic benefits are achieved.
