Graphite tailing-sawn mud road subbase material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste, in particular to a graphite tailing-sawing mud road subbase material and a preparation method and application thereof.The graphite tailing-sawing mud road subbase material is prepared from, by weight, 40-55 parts of graphite tailings, 45-60 parts of sawing mud, 0.5-2 parts of phase change microcapsules, 5-10 parts of slaked lime, 10-20 parts of fly ash, 0.5-1.5 parts of titanium gypsum and 0.5-2 parts of steel slag powder; 5 to 15 parts of water; 0.05 to 0.2 part of dispersing agent; the 7d unconfined compressive strength of the graphite tailing-sawn mud road subbase material ranges from 2.64 MPa to 3.87 MPa, and the compressive strength loss rate (BDR) ranges from 82.1% to 86.2%. The graphite tailings-saw mud are solidified by using the cementing material titanium gypsum and the steel slag powder with micro-expansion characteristics, so that the dry shrinkage and temperature shrinkage properties of the subbase material are optimized, and meanwhile, the anti-freezing capability of the subbase material is improved by adding the phase change microcapsules.
