The invention relates to a method for producing a high-density graphite product by one-time sintering, which comprises the following steps: 1) under ultraviolet irradiation, carrying out surface oxidation treatment on graphite powder by ozone to generate nanoscale pits on the surface of the graphite powder; 2) adding a binder into the graphite powder, wherein the binder is a phenolic resin binder, an epoxy resin binder, an unsaturated resin binder or a furan resin binder; (3) manufacturing a graphite product green body through one-time dry pressing molding by adopting a molding press; (4) the green body is placed in a drying oven to be baked, and the binding agent is fully cured; and 5) sintering in a reducing atmosphere to obtain a graphite product. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out surface treatment on graphite powder, taking phenolic resin or epoxy resin or unsaturated resin or furan resin as a binder, and manufacturing a high-density graphite green body by adopting one-time dry pressing molding; the preparation method has the advantages that the production process flow is simple, and the problem of environmental pollution caused by a volatile organic solvent used in an impregnation process is avoided.
本发明涉及一次烧结生产高密度石墨制品的方法,包括如下步骤:1)在紫外线照射下,用臭氧对石墨粉进行表面氧化处理,使其表面产生纳米级凹坑;2)在石墨粉中加入粘结剂,粘结剂为酚醛树脂类或环氧树脂类或不饱和树脂类或呋喃树脂类粘结剂;3)采用成型压机一次干压成型制造石墨制品生坯;4)将生坯置于烘箱中烘烤,使粘结剂充分固化;5)还原气氛烧结得到石墨制品产品。本发明通过对石墨粉进行表面处理,以酚醛树脂类或环氧树脂类或不饱和树脂类或呋喃树脂作为粘结剂,采用一次干压成型制造高密度石墨生坯;再经过还原气氛烧结,得到高密度、高强度石墨制品,生产工艺流程简单,避免了浸渍工艺使用的挥发性有机溶剂带来的环境污染问题。
