The invention discloses a ceramic powder processing method and equipment thereof. The ceramic powder processing method comprises the following steps: introducing coated powder into an air inlet of a spray tower; spraying the slurry into the spray tower 1 to form slurry liquid drops, and enabling the coating powder to coat the surfaces of the slurry liquid drops to obtain ceramic powder with a coating layer; wherein the particle size of the coating powder is 40-80 [mu] m, and the particle size of the slurry liquid drops is 280-420 [mu] m. The ceramic powder processing method provided by the invention is simple in preparation method, low in energy consumption and low in cost, and the obtained ceramic powder is good in coating effect, smooth in surface and good in fluidity.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷粉料加工方法及其设备，包括以下步骤：将包覆粉通入所述喷雾塔的进风口；将浆料喷射进入所述喷雾塔1的内部并形成浆料液滴，令包覆粉对浆料液滴的表面进行包裹，得到具有包覆层的陶瓷粉料；其中，所述包覆粉的粒径为40～80μm，所述浆料液滴的粒径为280～420μm。本发明提出的一种陶瓷粉料加工方法，制备方法简单，能耗低、成本低，得到的陶瓷粉料包覆效果好、表面光滑且流动性好。
