By adopting a structure combined by a high-strength material and a grouting anchoring structure, not only are the reinforcing performance and the shearing resistance of the geogrid enhanced, but also the strength of a soil body is improved, and the effects of preventing cracking and sedimentation are achieved.
本发明涉及路基填筑技术领域,公开了一种填挖交界面用加强型土工格栅结构及其施工方法。在填方区和挖方区的交界面处,设有若干层土方格栅结构;土方格栅结构采用超宽的条状格栅,增大了和土层表面的接触面;并且设置带有注浆孔的锚固结构,利用注浆形成的注浆层和锚固结构的限位块对纵横交错的两层超宽条状格栅之间进行固定;并且,注浆层浆将周边土体固化,不仅达到加强土体的强度、减少沉降的作用,还可以增强了锚固结构的强度从而进一步加强对土体的拉力,防止开裂。通过采用高强度的材料和注浆锚固结构组合的结构,不仅增强了土工格栅的加固性能、抗剪性能,也提高了土体强度,达到防止开裂、防止沉降的效果。
