The invention discloses a transverse drainage structure for an ultrahigh mitigation section pavement of an expressway. The transverse drainage structure comprises a transverse drainage groove, a bottom drainage pipe and a drainage groove fixing system. The transverse drainage channel is a drainage device which is formed by welding two deformed steels, a U-shaped anchoring steel bar and a temporary locking steel plate and is provided with a drainage port with a certain width; the bottom drainage pipe is formed by transversely cutting the paved asphalt pavement into a rectangular groove, a through seam type drainage pipe is embedded in the bottom, a drainage pipe seam opening is vertically communicated with a drainage opening of the drainage groove, and the periphery except the seam opening is wrapped by concrete; according to the drainage channel fixing system, a layer of concrete is poured at the seam removing opening in the top of the drainage pipe, and drainage channel fixing steel bars are pre-buried so that the drainage channel can be firmly installed and fixed. The invention further relates to a construction method of the drainage structure. The device can effectively intercept the road surface water of the ultrahigh mitigation section of the expressway in rainy days, and can discharge the water in time, thereby reducing the safety risk of vehicle driving in rainy days, and reducing the accident rate.
本发明公开了一种高速公路超高缓和段路面横向排水结构,包括横向排水槽、底部排水管以及排水槽固定系统。横向排水槽是由两根异型钢、U形锚固钢筋和临时锁定钢板焊接组成的具有一定宽度排水口的排水装置;底部排水管是将铺筑完成的沥青路面横向切割成矩形凹槽,底部埋设一根通缝式排水管,排水管缝口与排水槽排水口上下贯通,除缝口外四周采用混凝土包裹;排水槽固定系统是在排水管顶部除缝口处,浇筑一层混凝土,并预埋排水槽固定钢筋,以便排水槽安装固定牢固。本发明还涉及该排水结构的施工方法。本发明有效拦截雨天高速公路超高缓和段的路表水,并能及时将水排出,减小了车辆雨天行驶的安全风险,降低了事故发生率。
