Steel box girder bracket suitable for statically indeterminate system bridge
The invention discloses a steel box girder corbel suitable for a statically indeterminate system bridge, which comprises an upper corbel and a lower corbel which are mutually lapped, each of the upper corbel and the lower corbel forms a steel box girder structure by a top plate, a web plate and a bottom plate, the upper corbel and the lower corbel are oppositely bent to respectively form a structure with an L-shaped section, the upper corbel is communicated in the transverse direction of the bridge, and the lower corbel is communicated in the transverse direction of the bridge. The longitudinal direction of the bridge is communicated with a PK section steel box girder top plate through a steel expansion joint, and the upper bracket and the lower bracket are provided with a support supporting web plate and a support supporting diaphragm plate which are used for transmitting force at the support supporting position of the support. The adaptability of a multi-span V-shaped steel pier rigid frame bridge or an arch-beam-V-shaped pier combined system all-steel structure bridge in areas with large temperature change and high intensity is greatly enhanced. The bracket structure is simple in construction and reasonable in stress, a construction channel for later overhaul and maintenance is considered, and meanwhile, the construction period of a multi-span structure system is greatly shortened and the economical efficiency of engineering construction is improved by means of the advantages that a steel structure is convenient to machine and manufacture and large-section hoisting and splicing are convenient and fast.
本发明公开了一种适用于超静定体系桥梁的钢箱梁牛腿,包括相互搭接的上牛腿和下牛腿,所述上牛腿和下牛腿均由顶板、腹板、底板构成钢箱梁结构,所述上牛腿和下牛腿相对折弯分别呈截面“L”形结构,所述上牛腿横桥向连通设置,且纵桥向通过钢伸缩缝与PK断面钢箱梁顶板连通设置,所述上牛腿和下牛腿在支座支撑位置设置用于传力的支座支撑腹板和支座支撑横隔板;大大增强了多跨V型钢墩刚构桥或是拱‑梁‑V型墩组合体系全钢结构桥梁在温度变化大、高烈度地区的适应性。该牛腿结构构造简单、受力合理,且考虑了供后期检修维护的施工通道,同时依托钢结构加工制造便利,大节段吊装拼装便捷等优势,极大程度缩短多跨结构体系的施工周期,提高工程建设的经济性。
