Suspension bridge central buckle cable clamp hoisting method
The invention discloses a hoisting method for a central cable buckling clamp of a suspension bridge. In the implementation process, for example, the upper half cable clamp of the central buckle cable clamp is generally light in weight and can be transported through a cable crane crown block, the lower half cable clamp of the central buckle cable clamp is heavy and is transported to the ground or the river surface of the midspan position through an automobile or a cargo ship, and a hoisting system hoisting cable clamp is arranged on a main cable. The method mainly solves the following problems: (1) the safety risk in the hoisting construction process of the central buckle cable clamp is reduced; (2) the use amount of a bearing rope of a cable crane crown block increased due to heavy weight of a small number of central buckle cable clamps is reduced; the hoisting process is easy to operate, construction time is saved, and popularization is facilitated. The hoisting system has the following advantages: 1, the independent hoisting system is arranged to hoist the central buckle cable clamp, so that the safety risk in the hoisting process of the central buckle cable clamp is greatly reduced; 2, the situation that the construction cost is increased due to the fact that the using amount of bearing ropes of a cable crane crown block is too large is avoided; the hoisting process is easy to operate, construction time is saved, and popularization is facilitated.
