The invention relates to a snow warming device and method for polar region ice and snow airport construction. The snow warming device comprises a vehicle body, a snow suction mechanism, a snow spraying mechanism, a preheating mechanism and a snow pressing mechanism. The snow suction mechanism comprises a first snow storage box, a snow suction machine and a snow suction pipeline, the first snow storage box is fixedly installed on the vehicle body, the snow suction machine is installed on the side, away from the vehicle body, in the first snow storage box, one end of the snow suction pipeline is used for being connected with a snowfield, and the other end of the snow suction pipeline communicates with an inner cavity of the first snow storage box; the snow spraying mechanism comprises a second snow storage box and a snow blower, and the snow blower is used for blowing out snow in the second snow storage box; the preheating mechanism is communicated with the first snow storage box and the second snow storage box; the snow pressing mechanism comprises a snow pressing barrel, and the snow pressing barrel is rotationally connected with the side, close to the second snow storage box, of the vehicle body. Through the action of the mechanisms, snow warming is more uniform, and the efficiency of subsequent compaction work and the compaction quality are improved.
