The invention discloses an ecological reservoir communicating sluice capable of efficiently utilizing water resources and a dispatching method thereof.The sluice communicates a main reservoir and an ecological reservoir, a water diversion open channel extending towards the ecological reservoir is arranged on the upstream of a sluice chamber, and a water drainage open channel extending towards the main reservoir is arranged on the downstream of the sluice chamber; the tail end of the water diversion open channel and the tail end of the water drainage open channel are each provided with a splayed wall with the two arc-shaped sides gradually changing outwards, and the center line of the water diversion open channel and the center line of the water drainage open channel are each in an obtuse-angle bent shape in arc transition. The scheduling method is a sluice operation scheduling scheme as follows: the sluice is normally closed at ordinary times; in rainy days, when the water level of the ecological reservoir rises to be higher than the flood water level with the frequency of one or more than 50 years, the water gate is opened; after raining, when the water level of the ecological reservoir drops below the flood water level with the frequency of one or more than 50 years, the water gate is closed. The system has the functions of rainwater purification and flood discharge.
