The invention provides a construction method of a trestle steel pipe pile foundation structure. According to the construction method, bridge abutments are synchronously constructed at the designed starting points of trestles on two banks, and mirror images at the two ends are synchronously constructed; the steel pipe piles in the first-span bench piles are inserted and hit through piling equipment, and the lower structures of the first-span bench piles are constructed to complete a starting span; erecting a standard span between the bridge abutment and the first span bench pile; hole guiding of the auxiliary anchor piles is conducted on the two sides of the first-span bench pile through hole guiding equipment, then the auxiliary anchor piles are lowered into the guiding holes, and underwater concrete is poured; the distance between the auxiliary anchor pile and the steel pipe pile is adjusted and adapted through the connecting mechanism, and the auxiliary anchor pile is fixedly connected with the steel pipe pile; and the steps are repeated till the middle closure section is constructed, and closure is completed. The steel pipe piles and the auxiliary anchor piles are connected, the auxiliary anchor piles and the rock consolidation are combined with the standard span and the bench piles, the structure is simple, the stability problem of the trestle on the rock in the deepwater torrent area is solved, and the method is also suitable for support and platform construction in similar environments.
本发明提供了一种栈桥钢管桩基础结构的施工方法,在两岸栈桥设计的起点同步施工桥台,两端镜像同步施工;通过打桩设备插打首跨板凳桩中的钢管桩,并施工首跨板凳桩下部结构完成起始跨;在桥台与首跨板凳桩之间架设标准跨;通过引孔设备在首跨板凳桩两侧进行辅助锚桩的引孔,然后下放辅助锚桩至引孔内,并浇筑水下混凝土;通过连接机构调节适应辅助锚桩与钢管桩间距,并将辅助锚桩与钢管桩固定连接;重复上述步骤,直至施工到中部合龙段并完成合龙。采用钢管桩和辅助锚桩连接,辅助锚桩与岩石固结与标准跨+板凳桩的组合结构,结构简单,解决深水急流区岩石上栈桥稳定性问题,同样也适用于类似环境的支架及平台施工。
