Through the structures of the drain holes and the downcast pipes, the height of the water level in the backfill soil is reduced, and the lateral pressure of the backfill soil on the brick moulding bed is reduced. According to the method, the thickness of the brick moulding bed can be effectively reduced, so that the excavation volume and the backfill volume of a pit-in-pit are reduced, and the purposes of reducing cost and increasing efficiency are achieved.
本发明提供了一种筏板基础侧模结构及其施工方法,通过改进筏板基础钢筋支架与砖胎模的设计,使支架的横梁、连系梁对撑在砖胎模的圈梁上,为挡土砖胎模提供了有利的侧向约束,改进砖胎模的悬臂受力体系,提高了砖胎模的承载能力。本发明通过泄水孔、降水管构造,降低回填土内水位高度,减小了回填土对砖胎模的侧向压力。本发明可有效减小砖胎模厚度,从而减小“坑中坑”开挖量和回填量,达到降本增效的目的。
