The invention relates to a reverse construction method latticed column construction method which comprises the following steps: step 1, before a pile hole is formed, a site is leveled, and an adjusting assembly is mounted; 2, pile holes are drilled through pile driving equipment; 3, the positioning column is placed into the pile hole through hoisting equipment till the lower end of the positioning column abuts against the bottom of the pile hole; 4, the positioning pile is adjusted through an adjusting assembly, so that the positioning pile is kept in a vertical state, then concrete mortar is poured to the bottom of the pile hole, the positioning pile can be fixed, and then the adjusting assembly is dismantled; and 5, the positioning columns are sequentially sleeved with the positioning sleeves on the latticed columns, the latticed columns are placed in the pile holes, the latticed columns can be positioned through the positioning sleeves, and therefore the perpendicularity of the latticed columns is guaranteed. The method has the effect of ensuring the perpendicularity of the latticed column.
