By designing the downwards-concave barrel structure and arranging the reinforcement cage on the outer side of the submersible pump, a very good cleaning effect can be achieved, sludge deposition is effectively avoided, by arranging the liquid level sensor in the barrel, automatic sewage discharge is achieved, generation of highly toxic and malodorous gas is greatly reduced, the lifter is installed in a buried mode, and the lifting efficiency is improved. The installation period is short, the use is safe, and remote monitoring and management can be realized.
