The roof curtain wall system with the waterproof structure comprises a plurality of modular units capable of being spliced in order, and each modular unit comprises a top plate which is laid on a frame structure constructed by a plurality of transverse pipes and longitudinal pipes in the extending direction of the longitudinal pipes with the transverse pipes as supporting beams. Any top plate laid on the longitudinal pipe with the arc-shaped extending direction can be arranged in the mode that at least part of the structure has a fall relative to other adjacent top plates so as to form an arc-shaped structure with the corresponding gradient, and the drainage flow channel of the arc-shaped structure comprises a side ditch formed in the side edge of the longitudinal pipe. The side ditch is at least arranged on the side edge, corresponding to the arc-shaped inner side of one arc-shaped structure, of the longitudinal pipe.
