A lifeline system of a hydropower station hydraulic hoist maintenance platform comprises a U-shaped base, a lifting cylinder is arranged at the top of the U-shaped base, a push rod of the lifting cylinder faces upwards, a lifting plate is supported at the end of the push rod, the two ends of the lifting plate extend to the positions above runners on the two sides of a runner side wall, and an operation rack is hung at the end of the lifting plate through a traction rope; and a working table is arranged in the movable frame. By the adoption of the structure, the problems in the prior art can be effectively solved, the purpose of adjusting the position of the working table in the annular direction is achieved through single driving equipment, the overhaul working face is enlarged, and personnel safety in the adjusting process is guaranteed.
