The relative adjusting range of the first assembly and the connecting rod is adjusted, axial force for restraining out-of-plane deformation of the scaffold can be rapidly exerted, then the function of finely adjusting the perpendicularity of the scaffold vertical rod is achieved, installation is convenient, the flexibility degree is higher, auxiliary welding equipment is not needed, applicability is high, and rapid adjustment can be conducted according to different working environments.
