The invention relates to the field of pouring construction of house building engineering, and discloses a cast-in-place superposed beam construction method, which comprises the following steps of: horizontally dividing a concrete beam to be poured into an upper component and a lower component, pouring twice, and calculating the maximum bearing capacity of a template support frame and a lower reinforced concrete floor; and calculating the bearing capacity of the whole lower structure after the concrete of the lower section of the beam reaches 100% of the concrete strength so as to determine the first pouring height, and embedding steel bars and hanging steel wire meshes at the construction joints so as to solve the problems that in the housing construction project, the construction reserved load is insufficient due to the design of the lower structure, and the construction cost is low due to the overlarge height and span of the template supporting project of the main beam. And a one-time pouring process and a prefabricated superposed beam process cannot be adopted for construction.
本发明涉及房屋建筑工程浇筑施工领域,公开了一种现浇叠合梁施工方法,将所要浇筑的混凝土梁水平划分为上下两个构件,并进行两次浇筑,计算模板支撑架和下部钢筋混凝土楼板的最大承载能力,和计算梁下部段混凝土达到混凝土强度100%后,整体下部结构的承载能力,以确定首次浇筑高度,并在施工缝处埋设钢筋,挂设钢丝网,以解决房建工程中,因下部结构设计为施工预留荷载不足,且主梁的模板支撑工程的高度与跨度过大,无法采用一次性浇筑工艺和预制叠合梁工艺进行施工的技术问题。
