The invention discloses a bridge self-energy-supply semi-active pneumatic control device with a power generation function, which comprises an outer side handrail assembly, an inner side handrail assembly and a power generation assembly, the inner side handrail assembly is located between the two outer side handrails and comprises two inner side handrails which are oppositely arranged; the pneumatic control assembly is arranged on the outer side handrail assembly and/or the inner side handrail assembly and comprises a sliding mechanism, a blade base connected to the sliding mechanism and a blade assembly arranged on the blade base, the sliding mechanism can drive the blade base to horizontally slide along the outer side handrail and/or the inner side handrail, and the blade base is provided with an electric power storage part and a rotating part; the blade assembly comprises a rotating frame and a plurality of blades arranged on the rotating frame, and the rotating frame is connected to the rotating piece. Bridge airflow vortexes are scattered through rotation of the blades, the air flowing state of the surface of the bridge is changed through blade wake flow, the wind-induced vibration performance of the bridge is improved, formation of spanwise vortexes in the bridge direction is restrained, and wind-induced vibration is restrained.
