The invention discloses a preparation method of environment-friendly and high-performance anti-radiation shielding concrete. The preparation method comprises the following steps: crushing and ball-milling waste cathode ray tube (CRT) glass into CRT glass powder fine aggregate; the waste CRT glass powder fine aggregate is soaked in a chemical packaging solution for surface strengthening treatment; mixing the surface-strengthened waste CRT glass powder fine aggregate, river sand fine aggregate, crushed stone coarse aggregate, a cementing material, graphene, water and a high-efficiency water reducing agent to obtain newly-mixed radiation-proof concrete; after the freshly mixed radiation-proof concrete is demolded, surface densification treatment is performed in a carbon dioxide environment, and the environment-friendly and high-performance CRT glass radiation-proof shielding concrete is prepared. According to the invention, resource recycling of wastes is realized, and the prepared anti-radiation shielding concrete has better working performance, mechanical property, radiation shielding effect and lower permeability than traditional anti-radiation shielding concrete, has wide application field, and can generate good technical, economic, social and environmental benefits.
