Ceramic microbead preparation method based on Taylor cone injection and photo-thermal curing molding
The invention discloses a preparation method of ceramic microbeads based on Taylor cone injection and photo-thermal curing molding. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing prepared slurry for later use; the preparation method of the microbead titration equipment comprises the following steps: adding a photo-thermal curing initiator into slurry in proportion, uniformly stirring, injecting into a slurry storage tank, installing an air cylinder pressurizing device, opening a valve of the storage tank, starting a titration pump, sucking the slurry into a titration injector, and closing the valve of the storage tank; the liquid drops continuously fall to form ceramic microbeads; the ceramic microbeads are separated in the vibrating screen, and the sun-dried silicone oil is injected into the quartz tube for circulation under the action of the circulating pump; cleaning and drying the separated micro-beads; glue removal of the microbeads; performing high-temperature sintering and heat preservation on the ceramic microbeads; and the sintered ceramic microbeads are polished. The method has the advantages of being simple, economical, wide in raw material application range and the like, and meanwhile the requirements of multiple fields such as grinding media, precise micro bearings, precise refills and ceramic shot blasting can be met.
本发明公开了一种基于泰勒锥喷射与光热固化成型的陶瓷微珠制备方法,将制备好的浆料进行备用;微珠滴定设备的调制按比例将光热固化的引发剂加入浆料中,搅拌均匀,注入浆料储存罐,装上气缸加压装置,打开储存罐阀门,启动滴定泵,吸入浆料到滴定注射器内,关闭储存罐阀门;液滴继续下落,形成陶瓷微珠;陶瓷微珠在振动筛完成分离,晒下硅油在循环泵的作用下注入石英管内循环;对完成分离的微珠进行清洗和烘干;微珠的排胶;陶瓷微珠高温烧结保温;将烧好的陶瓷微珠进行抛光。本发明具有简单、经济和对原料适用广泛等优点,同时可以满足研磨介质,精密微轴承,精密笔芯,陶瓷喷丸等多个领域的需求。
