The invention relates to a novel intelligent grouting reinforcement method for treating complex geology, which comprises the following steps of: leveling a site near a soil body to be reinforced, and arranging fences and warning marks on the periphery; a contour line is designed on the to-be-reinforced soil body, and secant piles are arranged along the contour line; a plurality of first-order grouting holes, second-order grouting holes and secant pile edge grouting holes are formed in the range of a to-be-reinforced soil body according to the grouting diffusion range; sectional type grouting equipment is arranged in the first-order grouting holes and the second-order grouting holes, and anode electrodes are arranged in the grouting holes in the edges of the secant piles; a water-collecting well is arranged in the center of a to-be-reinforced soil body, a submersible pump is arranged in the water-collecting well, a water pressure sensor is arranged in the submersible pump, a cathode electrode is arranged in the water-collecting well, and conductive blocks are arranged at the tops of an anode electrode and the cathode electrode and connected through a cable. The problem that grout cannot be fully injected in a complex stratum environment is solved, and the grouting speed and quality are greatly improved.
本发明是一种处理复杂地质的新型智能化注浆加固方法,包括以下步骤:平整待加固土体附近场地,并在周边设立围栏和警示标志;在待加固土体上设计轮廓线并沿轮廓线布置咬合桩;在待加固土体范围内依据注浆扩散范围布置若干个一序注浆孔、二序注浆孔和咬合桩边缘注浆孔;在一序注浆孔和二序注浆孔内布置分段式注浆设备,在咬合桩边缘注浆孔内布置阳极电极;在待加固土体中心设置集水井,在集水井内布置潜水泵,潜水泵中设置水压力传感器,在集水井内设置阴极电极,在阳极电极和阴极电极顶部设置导电块,并通过电缆线连接。本发明解决了复杂地层环境下浆液无法充分注入的难题,极大地提高了灌浆速度和质量。
