The invention provides a water inrush treatment and reinforcement method for a foundation pit in a karst area, and the water inrush treatment comprises the following specific steps: determining the position of a karst cave cavity within the range of the foundation pit; analyzing and evaluating the risk level of sudden water inrush damage when the foundation pit is excavated to the preset depth and the foundation pit is used; a flow guide hole is vertically formed, the bottom end of the flow guide hole penetrates through the karst cave cavity, a flow guide pipe is arranged in the flow guide hole in a sleeved mode, and a water permeable hole is formed in the side wall of the flow guide pipe located in the karst cave cavity; fixing the flow guide pipe; a plurality of broken stone filling holes communicated with the karst cave cavity are vertically formed, and flow meters used for observing water burst are inserted into the broken stone filling holes; the karst cave cavity is filled with broken stones through the broken stone filling holes; and foundation pit excavation supporting and underground water inrush monitoring are carried out. Potential follow-up risks caused by blocking in traditional karst cavity treatment can be overcome, and the anti-pulling and anti-compression bearing capacity of the foundation pit is improved.
