The invention provides a design method and device for increasing the pressure storage and water supply capacity of a pressure storage tank, and the device comprises a tank body, the bottom of the tank body is provided with a water pipe connected with a pneumatic quick connector, the tank is internally provided with a stainless steel floating ball, the lower end of the water pipe is provided with a reducer union, the reducer union is connected with a water supply main pipeline, and the top of the tank body is connected with a pressure gauge, a safety valve and a T-shaped three-way connector. Gas with the pressure slightly smaller than the lowest working pressure of the pressure storage tank is pre-filled in the tank, when the system works normally, a certain amount of water is always stored in the tank, the floating ball floats on the water surface, and the stored water enters and exits normally; when abnormal conditions such as power failure occur, after water stored in the tank is emptied, the floating ball seals the reducer union to prevent the pre-filled gas from leaking, so that the working condition of the capacity-increasing pressure storage tank is maintained; according to the capacity-increasing pressure storage tank, the pressure storage water supply capacity can be increased by P0 + 1 times, so that the system equipment cost is reduced, and the system performance and the energy-saving efficiency are improved.
本发明提供一种储压罐增加储压供水容量的设计方法及装置,包括罐体,罐体底部设有连接气动快接头的通水管,罐内设有不锈钢浮球,通水管下端安装变径接头,变径接头连接供水主管道,罐体顶部连接压力表、安全阀、T型三通接头,三通一端连接C式快接头构成充气口,另一端通过透明气管连接通水管的气动快接头构成水位观察器,罐内预充压力略小于储压罐最低工作压力的气体,系统正常工作时,罐内总有一定量储水,浮球漂浮在水面,储水正常进出,当发生停电等异常情况,罐内储水排空后,浮球封闭变径接头阻止预充气体外泄,以维持增容储压罐工作条件;该增容储压罐可提高储压供水容量P0+1倍,因此降低系统设备成本、提高系统性能和节能效率。
