When the foam maker works, a liquid suction port of a foam pump is connected with a liquid outlet of a liquid storage upper cover of a liquid storage tank arranged below the liquid suction port through a liquid conveying pipe A to suck foaming liquid diluted by adding water into a water inlet, and the foaming liquid is foamed through the foam pump and the detachable and washable foam maker; and the foam is output through a foam conveying pipe connected with a foam outlet nozzle arranged outside the water tank and enters a toilet bowl groove, or the foam conveying pipe directly conveys the foam into the toilet bowl groove through an overflow pipe in the toilet water tank, and the foam covers the water surface to achieve the splash-proof effect.
