When starting of the unlocking driving part is stopped, locking of the first locking part and the second locking part on the second rod piece can be relieved, when starting of the unlocking driving part is stopped, the first locking part can prevent the second rod piece from sliding downwards relative to the first rod piece, and the second locking part can prevent the second rod piece from moving up and down relative to the first rod piece, so that the length of the telescopic rod piece can be stabilized; and the telescopic rod piece is prevented from stretching automatically.
