Equipment and method for detecting dielectric constant, density, compactness and thickness of asphalt pavement
The invention relates to equipment and a method for detecting the dielectric constant, the density, the compactness and the thickness of an asphalt pavement, belongs to the field of nondestructive detection of construction quality of a newly-built asphalt pavement, and solves the problems that the pavement structure is damaged by an existing core drilling sampling method and continuous and real-time detection cannot be carried out by a nuclear-free densimeter method. Pavement electromagnetic wave reflection signals are obtained through the ground penetrating radar antenna, the equipment moving distance is obtained through the encoder, the height of the ground penetrating radar antenna is obtained through the laser distance measuring sensor, and then the equipment moving distance, the height of the ground penetrating radar antenna, the pavement dielectric constant, the density, the compaction degree and the thickness information are calculated, displayed and stored through the equipment control panel. Rapid, lossless, continuous and real-time detection of the dielectric constant, the density, the compactness and the thickness of the newly-built asphalt pavement can be realized at the same time, complete data on a whole measuring line is obtained, contingency of single-point detection is avoided, the uniformity and the compaction condition of the asphalt pavement are effectively evaluated, the pavement detection efficiency is improved, and the pavement structure damage is reduced.
本发明涉及一种沥青路面介电常数、密度、压实度和厚度检测设备与方法,属于新建沥青路面施工质量无损检测领域,解决了现有钻芯取样法对路面结构造成破坏,无核密度仪法无法进行连续、实时检测的问题;本发明通过探地雷达天线获取路面电磁波反射信号,编码器获取设备移动距离,激光测距传感器获取探地雷达天线高度,进而通过设备控制平板计算、显示、保存设备移动距离、探地雷达天线高度、路面介电常数、密度、压实度和厚度信息;能够同时实现新建沥青路面介电常数、密度、压实度和厚度快速、无损、连续和实时检测,获取整条测线上的完整数据,避免单点检测的偶然性,有效评价沥青路面均匀性及压实情况,提升了路面检测效率,减少了路面结构破坏。
