The invention relates to the technical field of saline-alkali land treatment, in particular to a clay loam saline-alkali land water and salt drainage treatment device which comprises clay loam, drainage ditches evenly distributed in the longitudinal direction are formed in the upper portion of the clay loam, and a water and impurity removal treatment module and an impurity pretreatment module which are used for removing impurities in the water drainage process are installed in one end of each drainage ditch. The drainage and impurity removal treatment module is fixedly connected with the impurity pretreatment module, the other end of the impurity pretreatment module is fixedly connected with a water storage channel, a drainage pump is installed on one side of the water storage channel, and the input end of the drainage pump communicates with an impurity filtering module; according to the system, irrigation, water drainage and salt discharge can be conducted manually, rainwater can be collected into the drainage ditch when the rainwater is used for irrigation, saline-alkali soil treatment can be achieved through the water drainage and impurity removal treatment module and the impurity pretreatment module, the irrigation frequency is reduced, cost input is saved, and certain fresh water resources are saved.
