The invention provides a high-performance polypropylene stone-plastic floor and a preparation method thereof. The high-performance polypropylene stone-plastic floor comprises an interface treatment layer; the PP stone plastic layer is arranged at the top of the interface treatment layer; the PP color film layer is arranged at the top of the PP stone plastic layer; the PP wear-resistant layer is arranged at the top of the PP color film layer; and the UV protection layer is arranged at the top of the PP wear-resistant layer. According to the high-performance polypropylene stone-plastic floor and the preparation method provided by the invention, a PP and POE blended material is adopted as a novel main material of the stone-plastic floor, the increasingly stringent requirements of people on environmental protection are met, and the high-performance polypropylene stone-plastic floor is prepared through the working procedures of blending granulation, extrusion calendering, multi-layer hot pressing, film spraying tempering, punching and grooving and the like. The novel floor decoration material with strong impact resistance and high wear resistance is prepared, so that the product does not contain any halogen or any plasticizer, can achieve food-grade environmental protection performance, and reduces pollution to the environment.
