According to the preparation method, after slurry is prepared, freeze drying is firstly carried out to obtain a loose mixture without large-particle hard agglomeration, then a low-temperature solid-phase reaction is carried out, in the heat preservation process, the materials are subjected to rotary mixing once every 30 min, and uniform heat treatment of the materials is achieved. In the invention, the preparation method of the LiAl5O8 powder is a low-temperature solid-phase reaction method, the reaction condition is simple, the cost is low, and the efficiency is high. The prepared LiAl5O8 powder is in a single phase, is fine in particle, uniform in distribution, free of large particle aggregation, high in reaction activity and good in dispersity, can be directly applied to preparation of LiAlON transparent ceramics without high-energy ball milling refining subsequently, and is beneficial to improvement of the optical transmittance of the transparent ceramics.
本发明提供了一种LiAl5O8粉体的制备方法及LiAlON透明陶瓷,属于透明陶瓷材料技术领域。所述制备方法在配制浆料后,先进行冷冻干燥,得到疏松状、无大颗粒硬团聚的混合料,然后进行低温固相反应,在保温过程中,每隔30min对物料进行一次旋转混合,实现物料均匀热处理。在本发明中,LiAl5O8粉体的制备方法为低温固相反应法,反应条件简单、成本低、效率高。所制得的LiAl5O8粉体为单相,其颗粒细小,分布均匀、无大颗粒团聚、反应活性高、分散性好,后续无需再进行高能球磨细化即可直接应用于LiAlON透明陶瓷的制备中,有利于提高透明陶瓷的光学透过率。
