The ultrahigh-strength composite material is mainly prepared from a modified epoxy resin composition, an epoxy curing agent, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate and a filler composition, the ratio of the total mass of the modified epoxy resin composition and the epoxy curing agent to the total mass of the fine aggregate, the coarse aggregate and the filler composition is (38-44): (56-62); the mass ratio of the fine aggregate to the coarse aggregate to the filler composition is (80-120): 100: (20-50); the fine aggregate is ISO standard sand or quartz sand of which the granularity is less than or equal to 5.0 mm; the coarse aggregate is basalt macadam with the particle size of 5-12mm. The composite material can meet the requirements of various physical properties of machine tool bodies and base parts on materials, and has the excellent characteristics of light weight, high strength, wave absorption, shock absorption, good wear resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance and environmental protection.
