本发明公开了一种含气膜孔陶瓷复合材料隔热屏的制备方法。隔热屏采用净尺寸成形方法制备,该方法一方面利用金属圆针在阳模表面占位,并直接在阳模表面进行仿形编织纤维织物,原位形成气膜孔,能够避免机械加工打孔带来的纤维损伤,减小了气膜孔位置应力集中等影响;另一方面,采用氧化铝+氧化硅二元陶瓷基体,解决了单一陶瓷基体力学性能和耐温性能等方面不足的问题,所得含气膜孔陶瓷复合材料隔热屏具有耐高温、高强度和韧性及散热性好等优点,可在航空发动机领域广泛应用。
