The invention discloses an electrically-fused brick prepared from a waste fused cast zirconia corundum material and a preparation method of the electrically-fused brick. The electrically-fused brick is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 307-383kg of zirconia powder, 160-285kg of zircon sand, 0-8kg of sodium carbonate, 0-1300kg of clinker and 100-1500kg of the waste fused cast zirconia corundum material. The invention provides a method for preparing an electrically-fused brick by using a waste fused-cast zirconia-corundum material, which can realize effective utilization of renewable resources such as the waste fused-cast zirconia-corundum material, and the maximum addition amount of the waste fused-cast zirconia-corundum material can reach 70% or above, thereby greatly saving the production cost and reducing the environmental pollution. And meanwhile, the product can meet the requirements of main performance indexes. Detection proves that the average qualification rate of the electrically-fused brick prepared by the method reaches 93% or above, main indexes such as volume density, glass phase seepage amount and erosion resistance can meet standard requirements, and the use requirements of the electrically-fused brick are met.
