Self-cleaning photocuring ceramic slurry, and preparation method and self-cleaning method thereof
The invention provides self-cleaning light-cured ceramic slurry and a preparation method and a self-cleaning method thereof, and the self-cleaning light-cured ceramic slurry comprises ceramic powder and a photosensitive pre-polymerization liquid; the solid phase mass content of the ceramic powder in the self-cleaning photocuring ceramic slurry is 40%-70%. The photosensitive prepolymerization liquid comprises photosensitive resin, a photoinitiator, a temperature-sensitive phase change agent, a flatting agent and a dispersing agent. Compared with the prior art, the self-cleaning photo-curing ceramic slurry has the following advantages: (1) in the self-cleaning photo-curing ceramic slurry, the temperature-sensitive phase change agent is adopted to replace a thickening agent, so that the high solid phase content of a system can be met, and meanwhile, the self-cleaning photo-curing ceramic slurry can have excellent stability and photo-curing printing process performance; and (2) the self-cleaning photocuring ceramic slurry has the advantages of easily available raw materials, simple and convenient preparation steps and high yield, has simple cleaning steps, is environment-friendly and efficient, and is very suitable for industrial production.
本发明提供一种自清洁光固化陶瓷浆料、其制备方法和自清洁方法,自清洁光固化陶瓷浆料,包括陶瓷粉体和光敏预聚液;所述自清洁光固化陶瓷浆料中陶瓷粉体的固相质量含量为40%~70%。所述光敏预聚液包括光敏树脂、光引发剂、温敏相变剂、流平剂和分散剂。具有以下优点:(1)本发明所述的自清洁光固化陶瓷浆料中,采用温敏相变剂替代增稠剂,能够满足体系高的固相含量,同时能够具有优良的稳定性和光固化打印工艺性能。(2)本发明中自清洁光固化陶瓷浆料,除了具有原料易得、制备步骤简便、产率高的优点,其清理步骤简单、环保、高效、非常适于工业化生产。
