The invention relates to a concrete structure curing coating and a concrete structure curing method. The curing coating comprises the following main components in parts by mass: 0.5-2 parts of sodium hydroxide, 10-30 parts of flour and 500-1000 parts of water. The curing method comprises the following steps that (1) the concrete structure curing coating is brushed on the surface of a concrete structure subjected to form removal; (2) pasting a plastic film on the outer side of the concrete structure curing coating for curing; and (3) after maintenance is completed, the plastic film is detached. The curing coating disclosed by the invention is simple in components, all the components are materials and resources commonly used in daily life, the curing coating is environment-friendly, low in cost and convenient to prepare, and concrete carbonization can be effectively prevented and treated when the curing coating is brushed on the surface of a concrete structure, so that the structural strength of concrete is ensured; compared with a traditional method, the maintenance method is few in steps, easy and convenient to operate, low in construction operation intensity and short in engineering period.
本发明涉及混凝土结构养护涂料及混凝土结构养护方法。所述养护涂料的主要成分及各成分的质量份为:氢氧化钠0.5‑2份、面粉10‑30份、水500‑1000份。所述养护方法包括以下步骤:(1)将所述混凝土结构养护涂料涂刷在拆模后的混凝土结构表面;(2)在所述混凝土结构养护涂料的外侧粘贴塑料薄膜进行养护;(3)养护完成后,拆下所述塑料薄膜。本发明的养护涂料成分简单,各成分均为日常生活中常用的材料和资源,环保、成本低且配制方便,将其涂刷在混凝土结构的表面,可以有效防治混凝土碳化,从而保证混凝土的结构强度;养护方法相比于传统方法步骤少、操作简便、施工操作强度低、工程周期短。
