The motor vehicle comprises a motor vehicle frame, a front cab, a rotary belt throwing device, a power room, a hydraulic oil tank and a first dirty soil conveying device are sequentially arranged on the motor vehicle frame, and first bogies used for supporting the motor vehicle are arranged at the two ends of the bottom of the motor vehicle frame. The operation vehicle comprises an operation vehicle frame, a second dirty soil conveying belt, a vibration screening device, an operation cab, a cleaned ballast backfilling belt, an excavating device, a mixed ballast conveying belt and a rear cab are sequentially arranged on the operation vehicle frame, and a new ballast conveying device is arranged on the top of the rear cab. Second bogies used for supporting the operation vehicle are arranged at the two ends of the bottom of the operation vehicle frame. The vehicle has the advantages of being moderate in whole vehicle volume, complete in function, high in operation efficiency and low in manufacturing, using and maintaining cost.
