The damper device comprises an oil cylinder, two ends of the oil cylinder are respectively connected with an end bridge body and a suspender, a piston is slidably connected in the oil cylinder, one end, facing the suspender, of the piston is rotatably connected with a pull rod, the pull rod extends out of the oil cylinder and is fixedly connected with an outer cylinder, and the outer cylinder slidably sleeves the oil cylinder; a plurality of circulation holes are formed in the piston and annularly and obliquely penetrate through the piston. The damping device has the beneficial effects that the piston is arranged in the damping device, the piston is rotationally connected with the pull rod, the kinetic energy of a damping medium is converted into friction heat by forming the inclined circulation hole, then energy brought by vibration is consumed, and the effect of buffering energy consumption is achieved; a plurality of circulation holes are formed in the piston, part of the circulation holes are provided with elastic pads, and the damper can automatically adjust the energy consumption effect by arranging metal sheets with different bending strengths and arranging the elastic pads which are correspondingly opened under different vibrations on the piston.
