The invention provides a high pier deviation correcting device for highway high pier bridge construction and a construction method of the high pier deviation correcting device, and solves the problem that when a supporting foundation is excavated, a temporary supporting structure of a high pier bridge is easily influenced by the excavated foundation to generate local deviation, and then secondary deviation of a pier column is caused. When the device is used, through linkage cooperation of the lifting mechanism, the steel strand and the lifting clamping device, the tensioned steel strand can provide lifting force for the pier column through the two arc-shaped clamping plates clamped and fixed to the pier column, so that the pier column can be suspended without depending on supporting of a pier column support and the ground; a construction foundation is provided for replacement of the pier column support, the two arc-shaped clamping plates can be further tightened and fixed to the pier column through the tensioned steel strands, and bolts on the arc-shaped clamping plates are prevented from loosening under large pressure. When the pier column support is adjusted and replaced, the anti-deflection supporting device can provide anti-deflection resistance for the pier column, and the pier column is prevented from sliding and deflecting.
本发明提供了公路高墩桥梁施工用高墩偏位纠正装置及其施工方法,解决了在支撑地基进行挖掘时,高墩桥梁的临时支撑结构容易受开挖地基的影响产生局部偏斜,进而会导致墩柱产生二次偏移的问题。本发明在使用时,通过吊升机构‑钢绞线‑吊升夹持装置的联动配合,张紧的钢绞线不仅能够通过夹持固定在墩柱上的两个弧形夹板为墩柱提供吊升力,以使墩柱能够不依靠墩柱支座和地面的支撑即可悬空,为墩柱支座的更换提供施工基础,而且张紧的钢绞线也能进一步将两个弧形夹板束紧固定在墩柱上,防止弧形夹板上的螺栓在较大压力下松动。在进行墩柱支座的调整和更换时,防偏斜支撑装置能够为墩柱提供抗偏斜的抵抗力,防止墩柱出现滑动偏斜。
