According to the method, the sealing layer of the dam face of the asphalt concrete face dam is subjected to stripping and blade coating repairing for the first time in China, one-time forming of modified asphalt construction is achieved, the function is improved, meanwhile, a large amount of material cost is saved, aging-resistant SK-2 modified asphalt is selected as a repairing material, and the aging resistance, high temperature resistance and slope flowing capacity of the sealing layer are improved; in the panel cleaning process, vertical grinding is adopted, and pollution to the environment and water quality is avoided.
