The invention discloses a double-control double gate for a fishway, the fishway and a control method.The gate comprises a fishway body provided with a flow separation pier, the flow separation pier divides the outlet end of the fishway body into a first flow channel and a second flow channel, and a first fixed gate and a first movable gate are arranged in the first flow channel; the first fixed gate is arranged at the bottom of the first flow channel, a bottom hole is formed in the bottom of the first fixed gate, the first movable gate moves up and down relative to the first fixed gate to adjust the flow of the bottom hole, a second fixed gate and a second movable gate are arranged in the second flow channel, and the second fixed gate is arranged at the bottom of the second flow channel. The second movable gate moves up and down relative to the second fixed gate to adjust the top flow of the second movable gate. The flow required by the fishway can be adjusted, and fish characteristics can be considered to enable fishes to pass through smoothly; therefore, the flow of the fishway is controllable, the running flow of the fishway is saved, and hardware support is provided for later intelligent fishway construction.
