Layered water taking folding gate device
The layered water taking folding gate device comprises at least one set of gate groove structures and gate leaf assemblies arranged in the gate groove structures and in sliding fit with the gate groove structures, and each gate leaf assembly is of a foldable structure formed by rotatably connecting a plurality of gate leaves; the gate groove structure extends downwards from the water level surface to the position below the water level surface in the water level elevation direction, the floating box is movably arranged at the top of the gate groove structure, and the winding equipment is fixed to the floating box. The winding equipment is connected with the top of the gate leaf assembly and slides in the water level elevation direction by lifting the gate leaf assembly so as to be unfolded. During operation, the buoyancy tanks are adopted to form self-floating lifting according to water level changes, additional power units do not need to be arranged for changes of the top elevation of the gate groove structure, and meanwhile, the overall structure is simple, and operation is convenient and reliable.
本发明公开了分层取水折叠闸门装置,包括至少一组门槽结构以及设置在门槽结构内并与门槽结构形成滑动配合的门叶组件,门叶组件为多个门叶可转动连接组成的可折叠结构,门槽结构在水位高程方向上从水位面上方向下延伸设置至水位面下方,还包括可活动设置在门槽结构顶部的浮箱以及固定在浮箱上的卷扬设备,卷扬设备与门叶组件的顶部连接并通过对门叶组件的提升使其在水位高程方向上滑动以展开。本发明在运行时采用浮箱根据水位变化形成自浮式升降,无需为门槽结构顶部高程的改变而设置额外的动力单元,同时整体结构简单、运行便捷可靠。
