The invention provides a monitoring system for a cement cast-in-place pile, and the system comprises an image acquisition and processing module which is used for obtaining a surface image of a drill pipe moved out of the ground after the drill pipe is rotatably excavated, and eliminating interferents from the surface image of the drill pipe through a processing strategy to obtain a soil texture image, and a marker is displayed in the soil texture image; the condition analysis and judgment module is used for judging the distribution condition of markers in the soil texture image, obtaining the integrity condition of the inner wall of the pile hole through an analysis strategy according to the distribution condition of the markers, and outputting a positioning instruction if the inner wall of the pile hole is incomplete; the collapse positioning processing module is used for receiving the positioning instruction, obtaining a pile hole abnormal area through a positioning strategy according to the distribution condition of the markers, and outputting a reinforcing instruction; the reinforcement control module is used for receiving a reinforcement instruction and controlling a pile driver to input a corresponding reinforcement frame to reinforce a pile wall; the method has the advantages that whether the pile hole collapses or not can be quickly judged, so that cleaning and reinforcing are accurately completed, and the strength of the cement pile is guaranteed.
