The invention discloses an assembly type foundation structure capable of being rapidly recycled and used and a construction method thereof.The assembly type foundation structure comprises a plurality of box bodies, each box body comprises two layers of supporting pieces and a plurality of connecting plates, each layer of supporting piece comprises two corner protection plates arranged in the same direction, and each corner protection plate is provided with two flange plates connected together at an angle; flange plates of every two adjacent corner protection plates are connected with a plurality of connecting plates, a containing space is defined by the corner protection plates and the connecting plates, the connecting plates on the upper portion of the box body are detachably provided with an assembly type building superstructure, the connecting plates on the lower portion of the box body are detachably provided with anchor rods, and the anchor rods are anchored in a foundation; the bag is used for accommodating counterweight liquid, is arranged in the accommodating space and is provided with a liquid injection opening; and the communicating pipeline is connected to the liquid injection ports of the bags in the two adjacent box bodies. The problems that a lower foundation structure of a fabricated building structure is low in building speed and low in turnover rate are solved.
