The method comprises the following steps: acquiring change parameters of the retaining wall in real time through a settlement meter, a single-point displacement meter and a joint meter, and transmitting the change parameters to a storage unit; the change parameters comprise a vertical displacement parameter, a horizontal displacement parameter and a gap deformation parameter; the data acquisition unit is used for acquiring the change parameter, comparing the change parameter with a preset parameter value, giving an alarm when the change parameter exceeds the preset parameter value, and feeding back the alarm to the processing unit; otherwise, normal operation is carried out; the preset parameter values at least comprise a settlement limit value, a horizontal limit value and a gap limit value; and the processing unit provides a corresponding scheme for a user to select and execute according to a preset processing scheme. The prefabricated retaining wall can be rapidly installed based on the real-time deformation data, and the problems that traditional retaining wall monitoring is low in efficiency and poor in timeliness are solved.
