The invention discloses a self-flowing box culvert water diversion control device which comprises an old box culvert and a newly-built box culvert, the newly-built box culvert is connected with the old box culvert and an adjusting water pool, and the self-flowing box culvert water diversion control device further comprises a water baffle arranged at the connecting position of the newly-built box culvert and the old box culvert, and the water baffle is movably installed in a fixing frame and controlled to move through a telescopic unit. The water baffle is controlled to enter and exit from the old box culvert by adjusting the liquid level information fed back in the water tank to change the amount of incoming water entering the newly-built box culvert; according to the invention, under the condition that the structure of the old box culvert is not transformed, the water inlet of the box culvert is dynamically adjusted by adjusting the water quality and liquid level information and a portable adjusting system, so that the water inlet amount can be kept stable.
