The invention discloses an anti-blocking drainage pipeline which comprises a main pipe, a water inlet pipe and a pipe cover. The water inlet pipes are mounted at the left and right ends of the main pipe, and a pipe cover is clamped at the lower end of the main pipe; the filter frame is fixed in the main pipe, and the lower end of the filter frame is rotationally connected with a filter plate; the waterproof electric telescopic rod is welded in the main pipe, a fixing rope is adhered to the lower end of the waterproof electric telescopic rod, and the lower end of the fixing rope is adhered to the upper end of the filter cover; and the filter cover is fixed at the upper end of the pipe cover. According to the anti-blocking drainage pipeline, a scraping rod rotates to scrape stains adhered to the inner wall of the filtering frame, the situation that the stains adhere to the inner wall of the filtering frame to affect normal flowing of water is avoided, the flowing speed of the water is increased, and a polyurethane foaming layer and a pearl wool anti-freezing layer can preserve heat of the water in the drainage pipeline; and the phenomenon that the drainage pipeline is frozen in cold weather is avoided.
