A supporting frame is movably connected to one side of the movable plate in a clamped mode, pulleys are movably connected to the middle of the supporting frame, and a hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected to the bottom of the supporting frame. Through arrangement of structures such as pulleys, a hydraulic cylinder, a chain, a lifting square ring and a threaded rod, a movable plate is pulled out from the interior of the storage frame, the threaded rod is in threaded connection with the movable plate and a fixed long frame at the same time, the threaded rod fixes the movable plate, the hydraulic cylinder drives a supporting frame to move upwards along the interior of the movable plate, and the supporting frame drives the pulleys to move upwards through the hydraulic cylinder; the concrete beam can be lifted upwards in the solidification process and is not prone to inclining due to the gravity of the concrete beam.
